Have we set a time? Have we set a place to meet??
We need to set these in stone ASAP.

How does 12:30 sound for a time?

I'm gonna try and run some of these off today as quarter-sheet fliers.

Five anonymous from Rio Rancho, if we all can get on the same page, were planning for 12:00, but if 12:30 will be the time, then we will show up then. We were also thinking about meeting in the Smiths parking lot. If we realize we forgot something (food, need more signs, etc), it should be easy to buy with limited effort.

12, 12:30, they're close enough that it's not too big of a deal either way. If the plan is to meet at the church at 12:30 thought might want to start at Smith's a half hour to a full hour before hand. I haven't even thought about signs yet! At this point I'm hoping I can make it at all.
I ran off 100 fliers and I'm headed out today and tomorrow to get rid of them.
