Just saw on KOB that Second Chance is GONE!! News crews arrived there to see a big yellow bus speeding away and the building is empty.

Pete Dinelli is pleased but says Second Chance still owes the city anywhere from $10,000.00 to $90,000.00 bucks PLUS the utility bills!!
